Ingredients:
2 lbs thinly sliced chicken breast or thigh
2 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp white pepper
1/2 tsp salt
For my stir fry sauce
1/4 cup soy sauce( I used 1 tbsp regular n 3 low sodium)
1/4 cup chicken broth
1 tbsp mirin
1 tsp spicy sesame oil
Slurry- 1 tbsp corn starch- 1 tbsp water
21/2 tsp brown sugar
1/4 tsp white pepper
Vegetables
1 red and green bell pepper
Green onions
4 oz sweet snap peas
4 oz carrot chips
4 oz broccoli
1 zucchini
1 tbsp fresh minced ginger
3 minced garlic cloves
