For grinding:
1 tsp cumin seeds
4-5 Garlic
curry leaves
5 red chillies (soaked)
For making thattai maavu:
2 cup roasted rice flour (idiyappam flour)
1/4 cup pottu kadalai maavu (roasted gram flour)
2 pinches of Asafoetida
1 tbsp Butter or hot Oil
2 tbsp soaked channa dal
1 tsp salt or as required
