My biggest mistake when starting out?

Asking 'How much will I make?' instead of 'How much value can I provide?'

This one mindset shift changed everything.

You don't need to have everything figured out before you start. You just need to start with the right question.

Learn as you go. Provide value before you extract it. Form long-term relationships with people who share your vision.

The irony? When I stopped obsessing over making money and started obsessing over creating value, the money followed naturally.
