If you love crunchy, delicious fried chicken, this is the recipe for you.
Anime: Solo Leveling S1E7

Marinade: (It's better if you leave it to marinate for at least 30 minutes, but it's ok if you leave it for 10-15 minutes)
• 500 gr Chicken Wings
• 2 Garlic Cloves
• 10gr Ginger
• 1/4tsp Black Pepper
• 1/4tsp Onion Powder
• 1/2tbsp Salt
• 3/4cup Milk
Batter: (It's better if you let the flour stick to the chicken for 30 minutes, but it's ok if you want to fry it right away)
1. 1cup Flour
2. 1cup Potato Starch (can be substituted with corn starch)
3. 3/4cup Water
optional: 1/2tbs salt or seasoning to liking

Others:
3-4 cups oil for frying, or as needed (I fry batches of 4-5 wings with this amount of oil in a medium-sized pot)

Sweet and spicy Sauce:
• 1tbsp Gochujang (Add to your liking, with this amount it's a low level of spiciness)
• 3tbsp Brown Sugar
• 3tbsp Soy Sauce
• 3tbsp Mirin (can be substituted it with water)
• 2tbsp Corn Syrup (can be substituted it with honey)
• 1tbsp Ketchup
